Beware!

Creak, I hear a sound late at night. Alarmed, thinking of who it could be. Staring at that the ceiling, I lay on my bed with my eyes still closed. It seemed like the noise was from downstairs. Creak, I hear it again. Opening my eyes, I see my door open and someone watching me....

Her longing..

The clock struck one. Her body sprawled out. She lay lifeless there, longing for somebody to come and lend her the elixir and revive her. Few miles away viewing her fate an angel cried. The angel wanted to give her what she yearned for! But the angel said “Darling rise up because love’s a myth!”

The end...

I traipse across the room, apprehensively. The moment had come after all. As I walk, dread creeps on my back with every step I take. No amount of worrying and denying could have prepared me; it was the end. I finally approach the desk, still unsure and the man asks “Which flavor would you like?”

Attendance

Deep in the forest, I stood, yearning to find a way out. It got darker as I walked further.  As soon as about to go blind, I saw something glowing bright. I walked up to it, wondering what it is. As I picked it up I saw myself disappearing. Thereafter, the teacher marked me absent.

Living dead

Walking on the street Max saw the living dead approaching him.  His eyes wide open refusing to believe the scenario, standing still and contemplating, as they slowly surround him. Body frozen, mind blank, he stood there in awe. This is all he remembered before he fainted. Conscious, he realized he was in a wooden box.

Masked

He stood aloof, wearing a mask and a sanitizer in one hand. He didn’t eat nor did he talk to anyone, while others were enjoying themselves.  He just made sure of his existence. People thought that he must be taking precautionary measures but who knew that few days later, he would be tested corona positive.

UFO

Watching live news on the TV “Some UFOs spotted” it said. Thrilled, I ran outside with a camera hoping that I would see one. The instant I stepped out, click! A white light flashed on me as I closed my eyes with my hands blocking the light that was blinding me. “Alien!!” screamed someone.

The Blooming Legends

Finishing the Blooming Blossom of Legends, he stood up and said “I am certainly going to find the flower which can hold whatever you give it! And then I’ll achieve all my dreams!” Soon he set off on a long tiring journey. Later, he realized that it was with him the whole time, his brain………..
